Per our Articles of Incorporation, we are a non-profit corporation and operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our purpose is to provide food, shelter, and vet care to animals in need, both large and small. We also promote the humane treatment of animals through education and advocacy, as well as provide facts, statistics, research, and other related data on causes, current efforts, and solutions on animal rescue and care.

We want to provide a permanent, safe environment for the animals that end up in our care, so that they have a happy and healthy life for the rest of their days.
